We manufacture and
export Diamond Wire Saw to our global clients. The saws manufactured by us are
capable of cutting through the concrete of almost any thickness, fairly easily.
The diamond wire saws are fairly useful for the heavy demolition of dams,
bridges and bulky concrete formations. These are ideally suited for mining and
construction industries. We can customize their wire materials into plastic,
rubber and spring, as per the convenience and requirements of our clients.
we offer a wide range
of cutting machines that are without equal in the world and we invite you to
explore sanwa diamond tools capabilities. Until such time that we can post
specific product information we respectfully request that you contact us
directly at the locations listed below.
The practice of using
diamonds for cutting hard materials can be traced back to Egypt as far back as
2500 BC. However, the industrial type of diamond wire saws we use today are a
much more recent development and originate back to in England in the 1950’s
when diamond electroplated beads were threaded onto a multi-strand steel cable.
Over the next 30 years’ various companies refined the process (which was also
helped by the production of synthetic diamonds becoming more efficient) and the
first commercially viable solution was used at Carrara marble quarries in Italy
in the late 1960s.
